Program Administration

According to the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC), minority group members are United States citizens who are Asian, Black, Hispanic, and Native American. Additionally, ownership by minority individuals means the business is at least 51% owned by such individuals or, in the case of a publicly-owned business, at least 51% of the stock is owned by one or more such individuals (i.e. the management and daily operations are controlled by those minority group members).

The Supplier Diversity Program is administered by CNO’s Sourcing & Vendor Management Office and is embedded as part of its Supplier Relationship Management Program. For additional information about CNO’s Supplier Diversity Program, please contact:

Prospective suppliers will be asked to register their company information, the completion of which does not guarantee the business will receive a contract or request to bid, nor does it confer any preferred supplier status.
