Adrianne B. Lee joined CNO Financial Group’s Board of Directors in May 2023.  She is a member of the Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee.

Lee has been senior vice president and chief financial officer of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SBH) since April 2026.  In this role, she is responsible for all financial-related matters for the company.

Prior to joining Sally Beauty, Lee held several roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NYSE: BBBY), including president and chief financial officer from March 2025 to April 2026, chief financial and administrative officer from February 2024 to March 2025 and chief financial officer from March 2020 to February 2024.

Previously, Lee served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Hertz Corporation’s North American Rental Car unit from 2018 to 2020, and prior to that was the vice president of global financial planning, analysis and corporate development.  Lee also held several roles in finance, strategic planning, accounting, financial reporting, investor relations and audit at Best Buy, PepsiCo, Allianz Life and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
