In 2023, CNO was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of America's Best Insurance Companies. To declare their list, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey more than 15,000 participants to evaluate their auto, renters, homeowners, term-life and permanent-life insurance providers.

America's Best Mid-Size Employer
In 2023, CNO was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of America's Best Mid-Size Employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.

Healthiest Employers of Central Florida
In 2023, CNO was named a Healthiest Employers® Winner for Central Florida in the 2,000 – 4,900 category. This is a trusted awards program that recognizes people-first organizations taking a more proactive approach to employee health.

Healthiest Employers of Greater Philadelphia
In 2023, CNO was recognized as a finalist for one of the Healthiest Employers of Greater Philadelphia. This is the seventh year that CNO has received the award.

American Heart Association Platinum Recognition
For the fifth consecutive year, CNO Financial Group was recognized and promoted to the platinum level of recognition by the American Heart Association (AHA) for its commitment to workforce well-being.

CNO recently received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and earned the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.

In 2021, CNO was named the 2021 Healthiest Employers® of Indiana. CNO rose to the top of more than 300 applications that were scored in six categories relating to creating healthier workplaces: leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.

Orlando's Healthiest Employers
In 2021, CNO was awarded first place in the 2021 Healthiest Employers list by Orlando Business Journal. This is the first time CNO was named as Central Florida's Healthiest Employer.

2020 Top Workplace
In 2020, CNO's Orlando-based company, Web Benefits Design, was named a 2020 Top Workplace by the Orlando Sentinel. WBD creates and manages custom benefits websites for businesses, which provide a personalized benefits shopping experience for employees.
